I’ve received feedback from several people that 1.0.1 crashes on refresh, and I need help in reproducing it. If Characters 1.0.1 crashes for you, could you let me know: your character name, realm, and region (US, EU, and so on), and how soon the crash happens (were you able to refresh once? did you have to leave the app and come back for crash to occur?).
UPDATE: Reinstalling the app fixes the issue. Bug occurs when 1.0.1 update was applied. Starting with clean slate solves this.

was able to set up characters (using “kul+tiras” as the realm name). App crashes instantly upon hitting refresh. Have never been able to refresh.

looking at Main, click refresh and it crashes.
However, I don’t think its just a character thing. I have 10 characters in there and they all crash when clicking refresh. It looks like it accesses Wifi for data, waits a sec and then kicks back to the main screen.
OK, deleting the app and then re-downloading it seems to have corrected the refresh to desktop.
OK, I feel chagrined, had to read the manual to find out how to get the accented characters. Once that was done, then it grabbed my ü containing one just fine.
Cool stuff, do hope the armor reading and extras come soon.
Just installed this app clean at 1.01 (never had version 1.0). Can’t add any of my characters (couple of examples below) without being dumped back to the home screen:
Jorb, Magtheridon
Norte, Silvermoon
Both EU.
Reinstalled App but the problem being dumped back to homescreen is not solved for me. Problem only exists since i installed Apple Firmware 2.0.1, maybe this helps. Befor installing the new Firmware i had no problems with this great app!

The application also seems to quit without any error message if the Armory can’t be reached while you add or update a character. This happened early this morning when the EU Armory was down. An error handler for such a situation would be nice, and shouldn’t be all that hard to implement.

I’m playing on EU SenJin and the app shows all my chars including the once with â á and so on.
Some suggestions for an improved Version of the App:
- talent planner like implemented in the wow-armory
- a possibility to see the items worn by the char
- a more Bliz like Interface
hi there i have installed the app on my iphone 3g 16gb with 2.01 firmware update. the warcraft characters 1.01 is installed but i cant acces my character

MAYBE ONE IDEA FOR FUTURE UPDATES TO INCLUDE YOUR AMOUNT OF MONEY, MESSAGES FROM AUCTIONS, AUCTIONS TO SEE HOW THERE DOING, MAYBE FRIENDS WHO YOU HAVE INVITED TAB WOULD BE NICE, YOUR SPELLS, WEAPONS ETC ETC JUST A THOUGHT LOL
